Haven Realty was founded in 2006 by Lauren Haven with a straightforward mission: bring boutique-level care to residential real estate. After years of watching clients get lost in big-box brokerage pipelines, Lauren bet on a different model — smaller team, deeper relationships, sharper neighborhood knowledge. She was right.
We have since grown to a tight-knit team of 12 agents, each a genuine Austin local who can tell you which streets have the best live oaks, which breakfast taco spots are worth the wait, and which Hill Country communities are quietly appreciating. Every property in our portfolio is personally vetted: title checked, disclosure reviewed, and priced with data we trust.
